How Ministry Works Online
Some wonder whether real ministry can happen in digital spaces. We believe it can, and we have seen it happen. When believers gather with intention, the Holy Spirit is present, regardless of the medium.
Our ministries use Discord for voice and text communication. We gather in voice channels for Bible studies and prayer, and we use text channels for ongoing conversation and encouragement throughout the week.
We do not see online ministry as a replacement for local church involvement. We encourage all members to be active in a local congregation. But we believe that what we offer here is a genuine supplement, a community that meets needs that local churches sometimes cannot.

Getting Involved
Participation in our ministries is open to all community members. You do not need to be a Minecraft player to join a Bible study or small group. If you are part of the Christian SMP community in any capacity, you are welcome at the table.
We encourage new members to start by attending a Bible study or prayer night before joining a small group. This allows you to get a feel for our community and for us to get to know you.
